    The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 2265--A Bill to amend and reenact §18-9F-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring that the model school crisis response plan required to be provided for in state board of education rule include protocols for responding to sports injuries on school property after normal school hours during school sponsored sports events, including practices.
